When the production calls for mask, commedia dell’arte, circus, stage combat, or a heightened physical style, Commedia Zuppa act as guest directors or provide short- term coaching of skills or movement for a show.
We’ve created original mask and commedia shows with student and professional actors, directed new and classic scripts, and brought our intensely collaborative and highly physical approach to plays from Shakespeare to Beckett.
